At Alexcreativ, we offer custom digital invitations, created exclusively according to the specifications and details you provide. Due to the unique and personalized nature of our digital products, they are exempt from the right of withdrawal under applicable law.

Legal Reference

According to Article 16(1)(b) of Law no. 365/2002 on electronic commerce and Article 13(2)(d) of Government Ordinance no. 34/2014 on consumer rights in distance contracts, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products made according to the consumer's specifications or personalized products.

Therefore, once your order is confirmed and the product has been personalized and delivered, returns and refunds are not possible.

Revisions and Modifications

To ensure that your personalized invitation meets your expectations, we offer the possibility of unlimited revisions and modifications within 24 hours of receiving the final product.

Technical Issues or Discrepancies

If you encounter difficulties or notice any discrepancies regarding the delivered product, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
